  • Voluntarily provided: name, email, message via contact form.

  • Navigation data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (server logs).
    No special or sensitive categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR).

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

  • Respond to contact requests/inquiries about AI graphic design services (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Improve Site performance (consent for analytics, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
    Data not used for marketing without consent.

4. Processing Methods
Manual/automated processing with security measures (SSL, restricted access). Authorized processors (OVH hosting, Google) as external processors.​

5. Data Recipients

  • Third parties: hosting (OVH), analytics (Google).
    No sale to third parties. Extra-EU transfers with safeguards (SCCs).​

6. Retention Period
Form data: time needed for response + 12 months. Logs: 7 days. Automatic deletion thereafter.​

7. Data Subject Rights
You may exercise:

  • Access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction (Arts. 15-18 GDPR).

  • Objection (Art. 21), data portability (Art. 20).

  • Consent withdrawal anytime.
